We understand how the complexities of insurance can be overwhelming for most people. We also understand that because of this fact most people try to avoid insurance issues as much as possible. In recent years there has been a trend to cut the agent out of the insurance process. Whether it was intentional or simply the product of the technical age we live in, Hollinger Services, Inc believes this trend is unacceptable and not fair to our clients. It is within our core philosophy that the agent has a specific job that cannot be replicated through automation and seemingly disinterested customer service representatives at general call centers.
